Frank Ocean submitted this song for to be used in DJANGO UNCHAINED. We all love us some Frank Ocean, but there wasn’t a perfect place to put the song in the movie. But you still need to hear it, so here it is.

This is a short tribute documentary I put together in honor of my primary artistic inspiration, George Clinton, to show at a tribute to him held at the Apollo Theatre last year.
I’d love to shoot a proper video for this song, which is as great a Southern California anthem as anything ever written. My kids sing along with it as they ride to school. It’s a song about their life.
