1. THE COLLAPSE OF THE DVD MARKET

There’s a lot of reasons why it’s happening. Too much product, the close of Circuit City, the shrinking of sales space in WalMart and shift of other ways of watching movies. Bottom line: it threatens the theatrical feature film business, which relies on DVD for its profit margin. Especially black film.
